Who We Are
Echo Health Ventures is designed to drive both strategic impact and financial returns for the health plans we serve. Our team members bring deep experience advising and operating health plans and health systems, building startups and investing. Our Investment Committee is made up of senior executives from the Echo Innovation Alliance. This structure means that the Alliance perspective is reflected in every stage of our work, including how we underwrite, invest and support our portfolio companies and how we build durable commercial partnerships between our portfolio and Alliance members.
The Echo Innovation Alliance
Echo brings together Cambia Health Solutions, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee as members of the Echo Innovation Alliance to accelerate healthcare innovation on a national scale and drive meaningful healthcare impact. We enable these health plans to collaborate and deliver transformative products and services to more than 12 million members.

Echo drives systemic healthcare transformation through hands-on, purpose-driven strategic venture capital and growth equity investing. We prioritize long-term partnerships and impact, with a focus on accelerating portfolio companies’ growth and bringing their innovations to scale nationally.

- A governance model and organizational structure that are modeled for deep integration at all levels of the organizations we serve.
