Annika Van Gilder

Prior to joining Echo, Annika worked across several healthcare settings with a focus on increasing access and improving outcomes for underserved communities. She was an early employee at Arc Health, a social benefit company, where she built the initial operating model to recruit high-quality clinicians to rural communities. She led the company’s earliest business development initiatives and strategic partnerships. She has also worked to secure global health research funding at the University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation and implement behavioral health and value-based care initiatives at Washington State’s largest federally qualified health center.
Annika earned a bachelor’s degree in Medical Anthropology from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Annika is based out of Echo’s Seattle, Washington office.
